Tax The Heat UK Tour Dates

Tax The Heat
2016 is shaping up to be quite a year for Bristol-based rockers Tax The Heat. Having released their critically acclaimed debut album Fed To The Lions in the spring, the band have been busy filling their July and November schedule with lots of headline, support and festival dates.
Tax The Heat’s sound is heavily influenced by their love of 60’s rhythm & blues. So while there is an aggressive hard rockin’ edge to their music, there’s a cool underlying retro vibe in there too. Who do they sound like? I guess that of the bands we’ve heard in recent times, they remind me most of Colour Of Noise. So if you like them, you’ll dig Tax The Heat. And besides, when someone like Scott Gorham of Thin Lizzy describes Tax The Heat as his ‘favourite new band’, you know they’re gonna be good!
In addition to their own headline shows the band will be supporting Ash and Terrorvision on their tours and have slots at a number of rather tasty festivals. So check out the dates below to see whether Tax The Heat are heading your way because they are definitely worth a look. In the meantime here’s the video to the title track of Fed To The Lions:
