2018 is gonna be yet another year of intense activity from one of the hardest working bands in rock. No sooner had The Dead Daisies brought the curtain down on one album and touring cycle, they pulled the trigger on another one!
Currently applying the finishing touches to their eagerly anticipated fourth studio album in Nashville, the Daisies will kick-off their 2018 world tour with a show in Glasgow on April 8. After a further five shows in the UK the band head off around Europe for twenty more. Further dates for Japan, South America, USA, Canada, as well as European Festivals will be announced soon.
“We are so excited to announce the first part of our World Tour for 2018! Having been in the studio for a few months it certainly feels great to rise up and get ready to do what we do best! We really cannot wait to burn it down with you guys and get the spirit of rock to set us free! And we can finally stop bitching about not having any new songs to play!”

John Corabi
As if the promise of hearing new material wasn’t already enough to have you reaching for your credit card and grabbing yourself a ticket, there’s also the (no small) matter of the band’s change of drummer. It goes without saying that Brian Tichy’s decision to move on to pastures new was met with huge sadness on the part of all Daisies fans. However, when his replacement is none other than former Journey and Bad English drummer Deen Castronovo, that sadness quickly turns to a sense of keen anticipation.
So, new songs, new drummer, one of the best live rock bands on the planet. What more do you want?
If you’ve read any of decibelROGUE’s reviews of The Dead Daisies, or have seen them perform live for yourself, you’ll know just how good these guys are and how highly we rate them. So don’t hang around! Get yourself a ticket now because these shows will sell out quickly. You really don’t want to miss this.
We’ll be in Glasgow to bring you a full review and gallery from the first show. See you down the front!
